The Right Information To You, In A Timely Manner
Hey! You found my craftily curated collection of content (OK that was over-emphasized but I guess you could say it's a lot of C's to see... :/).
Listen, I'm out here on a journey to get better and that means I'm going to need to do my research, find evidence to support my logic, and figure out what works best for me because, at the end of the day, that's what will help me to live life in the way that I want.
While I'm already doing all this hard work, it's only right that I share this information with you if I think it is something that will benefit you. This (plus my YouTube channel) is how I'll do that.
Most of what I will probably cover here is probably based on what I'm trying to get better at so I guess you can expect these blogs to be focused around mindfulness. So mindful eating, mindful skill development, mindful exercise, mindful relationships, etc... There may also be some that are not related to any of this so honestly just go through them or check out the categories.
So with all that being said, Welcome, to this library of information! Hopefully it will be useful for you.
